API 5CT P110 is a high-strength grade defined under the API 5CT specification, which governs casing and tubing materials for oil and gas well applications. The “P110” designation identifies it as a quenched-and-tempered high-grade steel with a minimum yield strength of 758 MPa (110 ksi) and high tensile strength suitable for deep, high-pressure wells.
The API grade system classifies steel pipes based on mechanical properties, heat-treatment requirements, and service conditions. In this system, the letter "P" in P110 corresponds to a family of high-strength materials, while "110" represents the minimum yield strength in ksi.
